Org Settings

Organization settings define the defaults and shared configuration that apply across all templates in your account. Configure these once, and every new template inherits them — though individual templates can override any setting.

Access org settings from Settings in the main navigation.

The General page covers foundational org-level configuration:

  • Organization name — Your team’s display name in the console
  • Default attributes — User properties available across all templates for segmentation
  • Default fields — Templated content variables (e.g. {{ firstName }}) available across templates
  • Default variables — The standard message components (subject, preheader, body, CTA) for new templates
  • Default themes — Theme tags available when creating variants
  • AB split defaults — Default control/experiment ratio and split method for new templates
  • Statistical significance thresholds — Default p-value and minimum sample size for declaring winners
  • SLA alerts — Notification thresholds for performance monitoring

Connect your ESP credentials so JustAI can communicate with your messaging platform. Supported integrations include Braze, Iterable, Customer.io, and Pinterest. See the integrations overview for setup guides.

Create and manage API keys for programmatic access to JustAI. You’ll need at least one API key for your ESP integration to call the JustAI API at serve time.

Configure the default values that new templates inherit, including brand guidelines, tone descriptions, and copy rules that the AI uses when generating variants.

Org-level settings serve as the starting point for every new template. When you create a template:

  1. Variables, fields, attributes, and themes are prepopulated from your org defaults
  2. AB split ratio and method use your org default
  3. Stat sig thresholds use your org default

You can then customize any of these per template in the Configure tab. Template-level overrides don’t change the org defaults.
