Not Seeing Data?
By default, there’s a 3-day offset (offset_days: 3) between when your message is sent and when performance data appears in the dashboard. This ensures engagement metrics are complete — conversions often happen 1-3 days after an email is opened.
You can disable this offset in the template’s Configure tab to see data as it arrives.
If you’re not seeing any data at all, check these common causes:
- Webhook not configured — Your ESP needs to send engagement events to JustAI via webhook. See the tracking setup FAQ for your ESP’s specific endpoint.
- Wrong event names — Event names in your ESP must match what JustAI expects. Mismatched naming is the most common ingestion issue.
- Event forwarding not enabled — Some ESPs (like Braze with Currents) require you to explicitly enable event export. Check your ESP’s event forwarding settings.
- Low volume — If your campaign has very few sends, data may appear sparse. The dashboard uses a 14-day lookback window (
lookback_days) by default.
If you’ve verified all of the above and still see no data, contact your JustAI team for a pipeline investigation.
